Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all bookings and stays at accommodations operated by BM Homes – Martin Hofer.

1. Scope

By making a booking, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Contract Conclusion

The accommodation contract is concluded once a booking is made via the website and confirmed by email.

3. Prices and Services

All prices are stated in euros. Included services are those described in the respective accommodation.

4. Payment and Deposit

A deposit of 20% of the total booking amount is required. The remaining balance must be paid before arrival.

5. Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 5 days before arrival. From 5 days before arrival or in case of no-show, 100% of the booking price will be charged.

6. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in from 3:00 PM, check-out until 11:00 AM. Self check-in via key box.

7. Minimum Age

The minimum age for the booking guest is 18 years.

8. Applicable Law

Austrian law applies.
